Mow-N-Man.com offers the following Returns Policy:
Beware that part of the pricing structure of Mow-N-Man Supplies includes a "no returns" policy! If we are selling at such a low pricing structure there is no room for the overhead that "returns" require. If you are not sure of the product you are ordering, order a minimal quantity to insure that it is what you want.

This "no returns" is Mow-N-Man Supplies policy, NOT our suppliers, as they warranty everything they sell and we will stand behind their warranty for anything deemed "defective" to the limits that our suppliers backs it. We prefer to offer you this dealer pricing option in an effort to save you money and it cannot be offered if we are constantly immersed in "returns" overhead!

Our suppliers consist of the major parts suppliers for most of the Green Industry service providers! Many of their products are actually the OEM part and all are of the highest quality.

Most orders made before 11:30 A.M. EST will be processed and shipped that day if possible. Usually you will see arrival the next day by UPS dependant upon location. Orders placed after 11:30 A.M. will be processed but may not be shipped until the next day.

Quantities may be altered to reflect pack sizes and minimum quantities. Please pay attention to minimum quantity fields when you order.

Quantities available are correct as of the time the part was added/changed in your cart but ARE NOT GUARANTEED. To have a better chance of allocating this quantity, place the order as soon as possible.

Order Confirmation: Once you finalize your order you will receive an automated confirmation via email. Unless there is a problem with fulfillment your order is pulled and shipping is usually facilitated that day or the next. Changes to your order is rarely possible as it may be on the shipping floor within less than an hour after order confirmation.

If you are a registered contractor, and quantities are not available, the remainder of your order will be placed on back-order as long as we feel the back-order can be filled in a timely manner. For contractors not wanting unavailable items to be placed on back-order you MUST let us know in the notes section at check-out.

If you are NOT a registered contractor your order will be filled only to the quantities on hand and unavailable items WILL NOT be back-ordered. You will receive a follow-up email stating items not filled and your credit card will not be charged for items that are not available.

* Note to all. Your credit card is not charged upon Shopping Cart Check-out! We manually process all cards at the time we process your order to insure item availability.
