Q:  What kind of crystals do you use?

A:  SwarovskiŽ Rhinestone Components are the most brilliant in shine and color available to design houses. They may cost a little more, but their sparkle is worth the price.

Q:  How do I care for my creations?

A:  As with any precious jewelry, care is important. We recommend using a microfiber cleaning cloth to wipe your jewelry before storing.

Q:  How is my merchandise shipped?

A:  We take great care in packing and ensuring delivery with Delivery Confirmation from the United Postal Service.

Q:  How do you handle refunds?

A:  We hope your pleased with your creations from Jon Alton Designs.  However, if a refund is in order, a restocking fee of 10% will be required.

Q:  Can you please explain how a custom order is paid for?

A:  Sure!  Once we discuss and agree on the style and colors involved, a deposit of 50% of the total is required, with the balance due at delivery.
