We have a policy of shipping out the same or next day via USPS Priority Mail. If placed early in the day, some orders ship out same day. Most orders ship out the following day. Rarely orders ship out 2 days after order placement. We ship 6 days per week. We are available via email at rfw@beingwellathillcrest.com or 757 414 0393 ask for Richard. If there are related products you are interested in but not available in our collection, let us know we may be able to obtain it for you.
We WILL ship to Canada and Mexico. In order to do so, we need a list of what you would like to order. We will take the package to USPS have it weighed and provide you with an exact cost for your approval. If approved we will generate an invoice through Paypal.com which can be paid by credit card or Paypal. We have found this to be the most economical for our customers in Canada and Mexico. We have a $0 up charge policy on shipping costs. Please email us at rfw@beingwellathillcrest.com with your specific wishes.
