Frequently Asked Questions


Q: How can I view the status of my order?

A: Click on the "Customer Service" link in the gray bar.  Type in your confirmation number where prompted, and hit "Go" or call 508/586-1666 to inquire about your online order.

Q. What is your return policy?

A. We want to make sure our customers are satisified.  If you would like to return a part for refund or exchange, please send an email to sales@eastcoasttruckstuff.com  Type "RGA Request" in the subject field. In the body of the email, include the invoice number, part being returned, and your phone number.  We will send you an RGA # to include on your return shipment.  East Coast Truck & Trailer is not responsible for return shipping costs.    

We will accept returns of truck parts & equipment in the same condition as they were shipped out within 30 days of purchase.  We will refund the customer the full price of the originally ordered part, or ship out a requested substitute of equal value, once the part is received and inspected.

The part must be undamaged and uninstalled or else the request will be denied. 

We will refund in full if the error occurred on our end.

Q. How do I cancel my order?

A. Call 508-586-1666 or email the cancel request BEFORE 2 PM Eastern Time the day of your order.  If you place your order AFTER 2 PM Eastern Time, send us your request by 2 PM ET the following day.  

Q: What are your shipping costs?

A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart.  However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.  We ship all products via UPS.

Q. Can I pick up my order in one of the stores instead of shipping it?

A.  Yes.  When you checkout, select "Pick-up In Store" under the shipping options -- this is free of charge.  You will receive an email confirming which location you wish to pick your order up at, and when your order will be ready.  All payments must be made at time of pick-up, unless you have an account with us.

A.  We have two stores in Massachusetts:

Q. What are your store hours?

A. Our Pembroke and Brockton stores are open Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Eastern Time, and Saturdays, 8 AM - NOON.

Q. What are your customer service hours?

A. Customer service for online orders and queries are Monday - Friday 8 AM - 5PM Eastern Time.

Q. How do I look up my account history and information?

A. Click on "Your Account" in the gray tool bar and enter your email address and password.  From there you can view your order history and read individual invoices.  You can also change account information there, such as your address or password.

Q. How do I open a credit account with East Coast Truck & Trailer?

A. Download a credit application here, and fax to 508-584-9744.  We will promptly check all references and get back to you regarding the status of your application.
