Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your international shipping costs? A: International shipping costs are shown in each individual listing. Our online shop is not set up to add these charges at checkout, so any additional charges for international shipping will be added to your order total when we process your credit card, or requested from us as additional payment if you use PayPal. We customarily send an e-mail to international customers to confirm any additional charges for international shipping before we process your order.
