Return Policies

  • While trying on our swimsuits, do not remove the protective liner! If the liner is removed, return of the swim suit is void for refund or exchange.
  • You may return new items that have not been worn (other than to try-on) within 30 days of the date your order was placed (45 days for International customers.).
  • Returns received after 30 days of the order date will only receive merchandise credit redeemable by e-mailing Info@CaribbeanCrossroads.com (45 days for International customers.). Please note: No discount can be used with store credit. No returns will be accepted after 30 days (45 days for International customers.) All non-returnable items will be shipped back to the customer at a cost of $5.95 (charged to the credit card used for the original order).
  • Returned products must be unworn, with tags and panty liner still attached, as applicable. Please Note: If return does not meet criteria, it will be shipped back to the customer at the cost of $5.95 charged to the credit card used for the original order).
  • Clearance items marked "Non-Returnable" cannot be returned.
  • All non-returnable items will be shipped back to the customer at a cost of $5.95 (charged to the credit card used for the original order).
  • Returns over $250 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Exchange orders receive free ground shipping up to $11.95. If any express shipping option is desired, it must be paid for in full.
  • You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipping company. This time period includes the transit time for your return to be received by Caribbean Crossroads from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes for Caribbean Crossroads to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days). We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
  • Returns take up to 30 business days from the date of our receipt. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your credit card statement. We will notify you by email when your return is processed.
  • Returned merchandise is the responsibility of the customer until we receive it. Returned merchandise lost or damaged in transit is the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using an insured service while mailing returned products.
